                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A
                   CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR OF CONCRETE PAVERS
                   AT THIRD AND CHESTNUT STREETS TO N. S.
                   CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR AN AMOUNT NOT
                   TO EXCEED FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
                   SIXTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,265.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of a contract for the repair of concrete pavers at Third 
and
       Chestnut Streets to N. S. Construction Company, Inc. for an 
amount
       not to exceed $5,265.00.
